Hi, I'm Eric Johnson and I’m delighted that you’re here! I'm the Executive Director of Vantage Point Ministries, a non-profit organization that provides spiritual and emotional support to adults in and around the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania primarily through relational groups and Christ-centered counseling. I'm also a church elder, Doctoral student and church consultant.
I've been involved in ministry for over 25 years. I began my ministry journey as a youth leader in the Young Life organization, and I've since served in a variety of roles, including ________, _________, and non-profit executive. I'm a graduate of Lehigh University and Westminister Theological Seminary, and I hold a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Divinity degree.
I'm passionate about helping people grow in their faith and live out their callings. I'm a gifted communicator and church strategist, and I love to use my gifts to connect with people and share the love of Jesus.
I believe that everyone has a unique purpose in life, and I want to help people discover and fulfill that purpose. I'm committed to helping people grow in their faith, find community, and make a difference in the world.

Christ Centered Counseling.
Christ-centered counseling is a type of counseling that is based on the Bible. It is a holistic approach to counseling that addresses the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person's life. We believe that the Bible has answers for all of life's problems. In our sessions together we will be using Scripture to help people understand their problems, find solutions, and grow in their faith.
Christ-centered counseling can be helpful for people who are struggling with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship problems, grief, loss, and spiritual struggles. If you are struggling with any of these issues, Christ-centered counseling may be a helpful option for you. Understanding life’s toils from a Biblical perspective, can help you find solutions not usually touched on in secular counseling, and grow in your faith.

Spiritual Growth Retreats
Vantage Point Ministries, offers a variety of Christian retreats that are designed to help you grow spiritually. Our retreats include Bible studies, prayer, worship, and fellowship. We also offer a variety of activities that are designed to help you set time aside away from your normal day-to-day activities and connect with God in an intimate setting.

Over the last 25 years that I’ve been involved in church ministry, I’ve had several opportunities partner with church leaders in helping guide them towards healthy church growth and transformation. In this capacity I’ve been humbled to see my gifts used to help church leaders through the following: strategic planning, organizational development, financial management, marketing and outreach, leadership development, and conflict resolution. I’ve helped church leaders clarify their vision for ministry, develop a plan to achieve their vision, overcome challenges, grow in their leadership, build a strong team, and more.
